No Sugar Added Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Bake Believe® Milk Baking Chips
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ¼ peppermint extract
  • No-sugar added whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons crushed, no-sugar added candy canes or peppermints

Instructions:

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan until it reaches a gentle boil. Remove from heat. Add milk baking chips and peppermint extract. Whisk constantly until chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth and frothy, about 1 minute.
  2. Transfer to two mugs. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a crushed peppermints. Serve immediately and enjoy.
