No Sugar Added Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:
- ½ cup Bake Believe® Milk Baking Chips
- 2 cups whole milk
- ¼ peppermint extract
- No-sugar added whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons crushed, no-sugar added candy canes or peppermints
Instructions:
- Heat the milk in a saucepan until it reaches a gentle boil. Remove from heat. Add milk baking chips and peppermint extract. Whisk constantly until chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth and frothy, about 1 minute.
- Transfer to two mugs. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a crushed peppermints. Serve immediately and enjoy.
