Bake Believe’s Paleo Friendly Chocolate Fruit Tart (Dairy Free, Gluten Free, No Sugar Added)

For the Crust:

  • ½ cup Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 ¼ cups almond flour
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

For the Filling:

  • ½ cup coconut cream, chilled
  • ½ cup strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup mandarin orange slices
  • 1 kiwi, sliced


  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. On the stove or in the microwave, melt coconut oil and dark chocolate baking chips, stirring often until smooth.
  3. In a food processor, combine almond flour, coconut flour, egg, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Pulse a few times to combine then add melted baking chips and pulse until dough forms.
  4. Transfer dough to a tart pan and press into the bottom and up the sides.
  5. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove and cool 20 minutes before filling.
  6. In a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat coconut cream for 3-4 minutes, until fluffy.
  7. Fill prepared tart crust with coconut cream then arrange fruit on top. Slice and serve.
