Bake Believe’s No Sugar Added, Gluten Free Quinoa Crunch Chocolate Bars

- 1 ¼ cups Bake Believe® Semi-Sweet Baking Chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 cup puffed quinoa
- Line a 9-inch x 9-inch baking dish with parchment paper so the paper folds over the edges.
- Place the 1 ¼ cups semi-sweet baking chips and 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a medium heat-proof bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
- Fold the puffed quinoa into the melted chocolate. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and place in the freezer for 10 minutes. Cut into 8 bars and serve immediately or store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container until ready to serve. Enjoy!
