Bake Believe’s No Sugar Added, Gluten Free Quinoa Crunch Chocolate Bars

  1. Line a 9-inch x 9-inch baking dish with parchment paper so the paper folds over the edges.
  2. Place the 1 ¼ cups semi-sweet baking chips and 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a medium heat-proof bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
  3. Fold the puffed quinoa into the melted chocolate. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and place in the freezer for 10 minutes. Cut into 8 bars and serve immediately or store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container until ready to serve. Enjoy!
