Keto Hot Fudge Sauce

  • 4 ounces Bake Believe® Dark Baking Bar, roughly chopped
  • â…” cup heavy cream, or more if needed
  • ¼ cup Swerve
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Place the heavy cream in a small saucepan along with the Swerve over medium heat.
  2. Stir and heat until the Swerve melts.
  3. Add the chopped dark bar and whisk until the bar has melted.
  4. Add the butter, vanilla, and salt, then stir until the butter melts and everything combines.
  5. Use right away or store in a jar in the refrigerator.
  6. To reheat, microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
  7. If the sauce separates, stir in more cream, as needed until it comes back together.
