Keto Hot Fudge Sauce
Yield: ~2 cups fudge sauce

- 4 ounces Bake Believe® Dark Baking Bar, roughly chopped
- ⅔ cup heavy cream, or more if needed
- ¼ cup Swerve
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- Place the heavy cream in a small saucepan along with the Swerve over medium heat.
- Stir and heat until the Swerve melts.
- Add the chopped dark bar and whisk until the bar has melted.
- Add the butter, vanilla, and salt, then stir until the butter melts and everything combines.
- Use right away or store in a jar in the refrigerator.
- To reheat, microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
- If the sauce separates, stir in more cream, as needed until it comes back together.
