Cream Cheese Truffles

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bake Believe® Milk Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup cocoa powder
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
- Place chocolate chips in a mixer bowl. Heat heavy cream to a simmer, then pour over chocolate chips. Let rest for 2 minutes, then stir by hand until incorporated and thick.
- Add cream cheese, then beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until incorporated and fluffy, about 1 minute. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Scoop about 1 rounded tablespoon of mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet; Repeat with remaining chocolate mixture. Return to refrigerator for 30 minutes, then roll each into a ball.
- Place cocoa powder into a shallow bowl. Roll each truffle into cocoa powder. Refrigerate until ready to serve and enjoy!
