Sweet and Chocolatey Charcuterie Board

For the Chocolate Dip:

For the Charcuterie Board:

  • ½ cup Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
  • ½ cup fresh clementine segments
  • 1 cup strawberries, washed and halved
  • ½ cup raspberries, washed
  • ½ cup blueberries, washed
  • ⅓ cup roasted and salted almonds
  • ⅓ cup pecan halves
  • ⅓ cup roasted and salted cashews
  • ½ cup pitted medjool dates


  1. Place the ½ cup dark chips in a heat-proof bowl and microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
  2. Set melted chocolate aside to cool until just warm and no longer hot, about 15 minutes.
  3. Place a medium bowl into the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
  4. Add the heavy cream to the chilled bowl and beat with an electric mixer until medium peaks form.
  5. In a separate large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sweetener, and vanilla with an electric mixer until softened and slightly fluffy.
  6. Add the cooled chocolate to the cream cheese, a little at a time, and beat with the electric mixer after each addition until completely combined.
  7. Fold the whipped heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture, ⅓ at a time, until incorporated and no streaks remain.
  8. Transfer the whipped chocolate dip into a medium bowl and place on a large cutting board or charcuterie board.
  9. Arrange the clementine segments, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, almonds, pecans, cashews, and dates on the board. Place each ingredient in piles next to each other to create a beautiful look.
