White Chip Berry Crisp

Ingredients: For the filling:

  • 1 (16 ounce) carton strawberries, hulled, stems removed and quartered
  • 1 (12 ounce) carton blueberries
  • 1 (6 ounce) carton blackberries
  • ¼ cup Swerve granulated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

For the crisp topping

  • 1 cup Bake Believe ® White Melting Wafers
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup Swerve granulated
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions: For the filling:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Stir together strawberries, blueberries, blackberries Swerve, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Transfer to a 9×9-inch baking dish and set aside.

For the crisp topping:

  1. Combine white melting wafers, oats, pecans, almond flour, and Swerve in a large bowl. Stir to combine. Add melted butter, then continue stirring until combined.
  2. Transfer to the top of the filling in an even layer. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until juices are bubbling and top is golden. If top starts to brown too quickly, cover with aluminum foil while baking.
  3. Let crisp rest for at least 30 minutes before serving and enjoy.
