Whipped Peaches and Cream

Ingredients:
- 1 (9-ounce Bag) Bake Believe ® White Melting Wafers
- 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream, divided
- 4 ripe peaches
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
- Place Bake Believe ® White Melting Wafers and ½ cup heavy cream in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on low powder, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Set aside to cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, wash peaches and cut into 1-inch chunks. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon. Stir to fully coat.
- Whip the remaining 1 cup of cream to medium peaks. Stir whipped cream into cooled ganache mixture in thirds. Continue folding until incorporated and smooth.
- Layer peaches and cream evenly between 4 bowls. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
