Whipped Peaches and Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 (9-ounce Bag) Bake Believe ® White Melting Wafers
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream, divided
  • 4 ripe peaches
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Place Bake Believe ® White Melting Wafers and ½ cup heavy cream in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on low powder, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Set aside to cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally.
  2. Meanwhile, wash peaches and cut into 1-inch chunks. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon. Stir to fully coat.
  3. Whip the remaining 1 cup of cream to medium peaks. Stir whipped cream into cooled ganache mixture in thirds. Continue folding until incorporated and smooth.
  4. Layer peaches and cream evenly between 4 bowls. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
