Whipped Chocolate Fruit Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 (9 ounce) bag Bake Believe® Milk Chocolate Chips
- 2 cups heavy cream
Instructions:
- Place chocolate chips in a large bowl. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat, stirring often until it reaches a gentle boil. Remove from heat and pour hot cream over chocolate. Let the mixture stand for 1 minute, then stir continuously until chocolate is melted and the mixture is fully combined and smooth.
- Transfer to refrigerator, stirring occasionally until cool, about 1 hour.
- Whip mixture with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until light and fluffy. About 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately with a large platter of fresh fruit.
