Watermelon French Fries with Mint Chocolate Dip

Ingredients:
- ½ cup Bake Believe® Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 6-8 seedless watermelon wedges
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- ¼ teaspoon mint extract
Instructions:
- Cut off watermelon rind, then cut watermelon into ½ inch x 3 ½ inch sticks, resembling a French fry shape.
- Place chocolate chips in a medium sized bowl. Heat the heavy cream to a simmer, then pour over chocolate chips. Let rest for about 1 minute, then stir the mixture until incorporated and glossy. Stir in mint extract. Transfer to a dipping bowl and serve immediately with watermelon.
