Vegan Chocolate Avocado Pudding Pops

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
- 2 large avocados, pitted and peeled
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened almond butter
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
- Place the dark chips in a small heat-proof bowl and microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
- Place the avocado, almond butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, and salt in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the melted dark chips to the blender and blend again until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle mold and insert a popsicle stick
- Freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight.
- Unmold by running warm water over the bottom of the popsicle mold for about 30 seconds, then remove.
- Enjoy pops right away or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
