Two-Ingredient Chocolate Pops

Yield: About 8 pops

Ingredients:

  • 1 (9 ounce) bag Bake Believe® Chocolate Flavored Melting Wafers
  • 1 (9 ounce) bag Bake Believe® White Melting Wafers
  • ½ cup freeze-dried raspberries, pulverized into powder

Instructions:

  1. Place a large sheet of parchment paper onto your work surface.
  2. Melt the melting wafers separately using a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds until combined and smooth. Transfer each to a piping bag and pipe 3-inch circles onto parchment paper. Insert a lollipop stick into the melted chocolate. Repeat to make additional lollipops using both types of melting wafers.
  3. Before the melting wafers set, sprinkle the raspberry powder on top. Let each harden then enjoy!
