Sweet and Chocolatey Charcuterie Board

Ingredients: For the Chocolate Dip:
- ½ cup Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
- 1/2 cup cold heavy cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sweetener of your choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
For the Charcuterie Board:
- ½ cup Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
- ½ cup fresh clementine segments
- 1 cup strawberries, washed and halved
- ½ cup raspberries, washed
- ½ cup blueberries, washed
- ⅓ cup roasted and salted almonds
- ⅓ cup pecan halves
- ⅓ cup roasted and salted cashews
- ½ cup pitted medjool dates
Instructions:
- Place the ½ cup dark chips in a heat-proof bowl and microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
- Set melted chocolate aside to cool until just warm and no longer hot, about 15 minutes.
- Place a medium bowl into the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
- Add the heavy cream to the chilled bowl and beat with an electric mixer until medium peaks form.
- In a separate large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sweetener, and vanilla with an electric mixer until softened and slightly fluffy.
- Add the cooled chocolate to the cream cheese, a little at a time, and beat with the electric mixer after each addition until completely combined.
- Fold the whipped heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture, ⅓ at a time, until incorporated and no streaks remain.
- Transfer the whipped chocolate dip into a medium bowl and place on a large cutting board or charcuterie board.
- Arrange the clementine segments, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, almonds, pecans, cashews, and dates on the board. Place each ingredient in piles next to each other to create a beautiful look.
