Superfood Smoothie

Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Chips, loosely chopped
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ small avocado
  • ½ small very ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons flaxseed meal
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chopped almonds

Instructions:

  1. Place ice, almond milk, spinach, yogurt, avocado, banana, honey, flaxseed meal, and chia seeds in a blender. Puree on high speed until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses to serve. Top with chopped dark chocolate and almonds. Serve immediately and enjoy!
