Salted Chocolate Dipped Grapefruit

Ingredients:

• 1 (9-ounce bag) Bake Believe^® Dark Chocolate Flavored Baking Chips
• 1 teaspoon coconut oil
• 2 grapefruits, peeled and sectioned into segments
• 1 teaspoon flake salt

Instructions:

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
2. Combine Bake Believe chips and coconut oil and melt over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and combined.
3. Dip grapefruit segments into melted mixture, transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
4. Transfer to refrigerator until set; about 20 minutes then enjoy. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
