Bake Believe’s Salted Cashew Semi-Sweet Fudge (Paleo/Keto Friendly)

Ingredients:
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons raw cashew butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup Bake Believe ® Semi-Sweet Baking Chips
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt, divided
Instructions:
- Line a 5×7 pan with parchment paper. Set aside
- In a small saucepan, combine coconut cream, coconut oil, cashew butter, and vanilla extract over medium heat. Stir often until completely combined.
- Remove from heat. Add semi-sweet baking chips and stir to melt.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Transfer dish to refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Cut into 20 pieces. Garnish with remaining sea salt and enjoy.
