Ingredients:

  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons raw cashew butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Bake Believe ® Semi-Sweet Baking Chips
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt, divided

Instructions:

  1. Line a 5×7 pan with parchment paper. Set aside
  2. In a small saucepan, combine coconut cream, coconut oil, cashew butter, and vanilla extract over medium heat. Stir often until completely combined.
  3. Remove from heat. Add semi-sweet baking chips and stir to melt.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Transfer dish to refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. Cut into 20 pieces. Garnish with remaining sea salt and enjoy.
