Pumpkin Spice Pecan Fudge

  1. Line an 8x4x2 inch loaf pan with plastic wrap.  
  2. Placed melting wafers, almond butter, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice into a saucepan. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle on pecans and press into the mixture. Transfer to refrigerator until set, about 3 hours. Cut into square to serve and enjoy! Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
