Peppermint Bark

Ingredients:
- 1 (9-ounce) package Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 (9-ounce) package Bake Believe® White Melting Wafers
- ½ cup crushed sugar-free candy canes or hard-peppermint candies
Instructions:
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate chips and white wafers in separate bowls, over a double boiler or in a microwave on low power, stirring every 15 to 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture onto the parchment paper and spread into a thin layer. Pour the white mixture in random patterns on top. Using a butter knife or wooden skewer, swirl the white and dark chocolate together. Sprinkle on candy crushed candy canes, then transfer to refrigerator to set, about 30 minutes.
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
