Peppermint Bark

Peppermint Bark

Ingredients:

  • 1 (9-ounce) package Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 (9-ounce) package Bake Believe® White Melting Wafers
  • ½ cup crushed sugar-free candy canes or hard-peppermint candies

Instructions:

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and white wafers in separate bowls, over a double boiler or in a microwave on low power, stirring every 15 to 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture onto the parchment paper and spread into a thin layer. Pour the white mixture in random patterns on top. Using a butter knife or wooden skewer, swirl the white and dark chocolate together. Sprinkle on candy crushed candy canes, then transfer to refrigerator to set, about 30 minutes.
  4. Break into pieces and enjoy!
