Bake Believe’s No Sugar Added White Matcha Latte

Ingredients: For the Latte:
- ½ cup Bake Believe ® White Melting Wafers
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon matcha
- 1 tablespoon confectioners Swerve, or more to taste
For the Garnish:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioners Swerve
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon matcha
Instructions
- In a small bowl, beat the 1 cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoons confectioners Swerve, and vanilla until it begins to thicken, but not until it forms peaks like whipped cream. Set aside in the refrigerator.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the white melting wafers, water, 1 cup heavy cream, 1 tablespoon matcha, and 1 tablespoon confectioners Swerve. Whisk over medium heat until the chocolate has melted and it begins to become frothy, right before it boils.
- Take the cream out of the refrigerator and stir. It will separate slightly in the refrigerator, but that is okay. Pour the latte into 2 mugs and top with your desired amount of cream. Sprinkle with the remaining matcha and enjoy.
