No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients: For the Crust:
- 1 ½ cups packed finely chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
- 1 (9-ounce) package Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Swerve confectioner’s sweetener
- 3 tablespoons honey
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions: For the Crust:
- Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Stir together walnuts and melted butter. Press mixture firmly in the bottom of prepared pan. Transfer to freezer while preparing filling.
For the Filling:
- Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, Swerve, honey and Greek yogurt together until combined and smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes. Gradually add the heavy cream and beat on medium-high speed for 30 seconds after each addition. Stir in vanilla and Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
- Transfer filling to prepared pan. Use a spatula to spread smooth. Tightly cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Cut into squares and enjoy! Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
