No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients: For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups packed finely chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:

  • 1 (9-ounce) package Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Swerve confectioner’s sweetener
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions: For the Crust:

  1. Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Stir together walnuts and melted butter. Press mixture firmly in the bottom of prepared pan. Transfer to freezer while preparing filling.

For the Filling:

  1. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, Swerve, honey and Greek yogurt together until combined and smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes. Gradually add the heavy cream and beat on medium-high speed for 30 seconds after each addition. Stir in vanilla and Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
  2. Transfer filling to prepared pan. Use a spatula to spread smooth. Tightly cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  3. Cut into squares and enjoy! Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
