Mini Yogurt Parfait Pies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup granola
  • 24 raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler or in a microwave on low power, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
  2. Transfer 2 teaspoons of melted chocolate into each of the silicone mini muffin cavities. Using a small spoon or pastry brush, spread chocolate throughout the bottom and up the sides to fully coat. Transfer to refrigerator until set; about 20 minutes.
  3. Gently push bottom of silicone molds to remove chocolate cups, transfer to a serving platter. Place yogurt into a piping bag and pipe into each cavity. Top each with a raspberry, then sprinkle granola around the sides. Drizzle with honey just before serving. Store refrigerated.
