Memorial Day Party Mix

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Bake Believe^® Milk Baking Chips
• 1/3 cup unsalted butter
• ¼ cup honey
• 6 cups Chex rice cereal
• 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
• 2 cups pretzels
• 1 cup unsweetened coconut chips
• 1 cup freeze dried strawberries

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 275F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. Melt butter and honey together. Transfer to a large bowl. Add cereal, peanuts, and pretzels. Stir to fully coat. Transfer mixture to prepared baking sheet and spread in an even layer. Bake for 45 minutes, turning the mixture every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
3. Transfer cooled mixture to a large bowl. Add Bake Believe^® Milk Baking Chips, coconut chips and freeze-dried strawberries. Toss to combine and enjoy! Store in an airtight container.
