Chocolatey Mango Cheesecake Parfait

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bake Believe® Milk Baking Chips
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ripe mangos, cut into ¾ -inch cubes
Instructions:
- Whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer over high-speed until medium peaks have formed, set aside.
- Combine cream cheese, yogurt, honey and vanilla to a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer over medium speed until fully combined and smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Continue folding until smooth. Transfer mixture to a piping bag (or a plastic food storage bag and cut the bottom corner).
- Assembly: Pipe about ¼ cup of the cream cheese mixture into the bottom of a glass serving cup. Sprinkle on a heaping tablespoon of baking chips in an even layer, then add an even layer of mango cubes. Pipe another layer of the cream cheese mixture followed by another layer of baking chips and top with mango. Repeat process in additional serving glasses to create 6 parfaits.
- Cover and refrigerate until for at least one hour before serving.
