Bake Believe’s Low Carb, No Sugar Added Dark Chocolate Peppermint Bark

  • Cooling Time: 15 minutes
  • Total Time: 22 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½  cups Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • ½ cup sugar-free peppermint candy, crushed

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In the microwave or on the stove, melt dark chocolate. Add peppermint extract and stir to combine.
  3. Pour melted chocolate onto prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy and gently press into chocolate.
  4. Transfer to freezer for 15 minutes, until completely set.
  5. Break into pieces and store in refrigerator. Enjoy.
