Low Carb Dipped Strawberry Carrots

Bake Believe’s Low Carb Dipped Strawberry Carrots

Yield: 12 strawberries

  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Bake Believe ® White Melting Wafers
  • Orange gel food coloring like Wilton, as needed
  • 12 strawberries, washed

Instructions:

  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the 1 cup of Bake Believe White Melting Wafers and microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
  3. Add a small amount of orange gel food coloring and mix. You want the white chocolate to be a white orange color.
  4. Be careful not to add too much food coloring or it could make the white chocolate grainy.
  5. Pat the strawberries gently with a paper towel until very dry. Wet strawberries will ruin the white chocolate.
  6. Dip the strawberries, one at a time, into the melted white wafers and place on the parchment paper.
  7. Transfer the remaining melted white wafers to a piping bag.
  8. Drizzle the strawberries with the melted white wafers in a zig-zag pattern.
  9. Transfer the strawberries to the refrigerator and chill until hardened, about 10 minutes.
  10. Enjoy right away.
