Bake Believe’s Keto Mexican Hot Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:
- ½ cup Bake Believe ® Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2/3 cup unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
- Line a 5×7 pan with parchment paper, allowing excess to hang over side. Set aside.
- In a small pot, warm heavy cream, butter, sweetener, vanilla, cacao, cinnamon, chili, salt, and cayenne (optional) over medium heat. Whisk to combine then simmer 3-4 minutes until steaming but not boiling.
- Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and stir to melt.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan.
- Transfer pan to refrigerator for 1 hour, until set.
- Slice into 8 pieces
