Bake Believe’s Keto Mexican Hot Chocolate Fudge

  • Total Time: 8 minutes (+ 1 hour cooling time)

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Bake Believe ® Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2/3 cup unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Line a 5×7 pan with parchment paper, allowing excess to hang over side. Set aside.
  2. In a small pot, warm heavy cream, butter, sweetener, vanilla, cacao, cinnamon, chili, salt, and cayenne (optional) over medium heat. Whisk to combine then simmer 3-4 minutes until steaming but not boiling.
  3. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and stir to melt.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
  5. Transfer pan to refrigerator for 1 hour, until set.
  6. Slice into 8 pieces
