Bake Believe’s Hot White Cocoa with Whipped Cream

Ingredients: For the Hot Chocolate:

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup Bake Believe ® White Melting Wafers
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

For the Whipped Cream:

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon stevia (optional)

Instructions: For the Hot Chocolate:

  1. In a small sauce pot, combine milk, white melting wafers, vanilla extract, and salt over medium-low heat. Whisk often, until chips have melted.
  2. Divide between two cups, top with whipped cream, and enjoy warm.

For the Whipped Cream:

  1. In a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat heavy cream and stevia (optional) on medium speed for 2-3 minutes, until mixture thickens and soft peaks form.
