Instructions:

  1. Beat the heavy cream and honey with an electric mixer to medium peaks; set aside. Reserve and refrigerate ½ cup of the whipped cream for garnishing.
  2. Melt baking chips in the microwave on low power, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth; Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Place cottage cheese and milk in a high-powered blender, pulse 8-10 times. Add melted baking chips and blend until smooth, scrapping the sides a few times during the process.
  4. Transfer mixture to a large bowl; fold in whipped cream. Continue folding until mixture is combined and smooth. Transfer to serving cups and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Top with reserved whipped cream just before serving.
