High-Protein Cottage Cheese Chocolatey Mousse

Ingredients:
- (9-ounce Bag) Bake Believe ® Semi-Sweet Baking Chips
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream, divided
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2/3 cup milk
Instructions:
- Beat the heavy cream and honey with an electric mixer to medium peaks; set aside. Reserve and refrigerate ½ cup of the whipped cream for garnishing.
- Melt baking chips in the microwave on low power, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth; Set aside to cool slightly.
- Place cottage cheese and milk in a high-powered blender, pulse 8-10 times. Add melted baking chips and blend until smooth, scrapping the sides a few times during the process.
- Transfer mixture to a large bowl; fold in whipped cream. Continue folding until mixture is combined and smooth. Transfer to serving cups and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Top with reserved whipped cream just before serving.
