Gingerbread Maple Mocha

Ingredients:
- ½ cup Bake Believe® Milk Baking Chips, plus 1 tablespoon chopped
- 2 cups brewed coffee
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon allspice
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
- whipped cream for garnish
Instructions:
- Combine coffee, milk, maple syrup, allspice, cinnamon and ginger in saucepan. Heat, stirring often until the mixture comes to a simmer. Remove from heat. Add ½ cup baking chips and whisk constantly until melted and frothy.
- Pour into mugs. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle with chopped chocolate chips. Serve immediately and enjoy!
