Gingerbread Maple Mocha

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Bake Believe® Milk Baking Chips, plus 1 tablespoon chopped
  • 2 cups brewed coffee
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • whipped cream for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Combine coffee, milk, maple syrup, allspice, cinnamon and ginger in saucepan. Heat, stirring often until the mixture comes to a simmer. Remove from heat. Add ½ cup baking chips and whisk constantly until melted and frothy.
  2. Pour into mugs. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle with chopped chocolate chips. Serve immediately and enjoy!
