Fudgy Brownie Balls

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bake Believe® Chocolate Melting Wafers
- ½ cup walnuts
- 1 ½ tablespoons Swerve
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond butter
- ½ tablespoon coconut oil
- Heavy pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Add the walnuts and Swerve to a food processor.
- Process until the walnuts are finely chopped.
- Set about ½ tablespoon of chopped walnuts aside for garnish.
- Add the cocoa powder, almond butter, coconut oil, and salt.
- Blend until all of the ingredients come together into a ball in the food processor.
- Divide into 9 even portions, then roll into balls.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and put in the freezer until firm, about 30 minutes.
- Place the melting wafers in a small heat-proof bowl and microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
- Dip the balls, one at a time, into the melted wafers and cover using a fork.
- Remove the ball from the melted wafers using the fork and tap to remove the excess.
- Scrape the ball from the fork onto the parchment-lined cookie sheet using a toothpick.
- Sprinkle the top of the ball with a pinch of chopped walnuts.
- Repeat with the remaining brownie balls.
- Chill the brownie balls in the refrigerator until hardened, about 10 minutes.
- Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
