Frozen Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Bake Believe® White Melting Wafers
  • 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey, or sweetener of your choice to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • ⅓ cup fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup granola
  • ½ teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or sweetener of choice), and vanilla.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture on the parchment-lined cookie sheet until the yogurt is evenly distributed and about ⅓-inch thick.
  4. Arrange the sliced strawberries and blueberries on the top of the yogurt.
  5. Place the white melting wafers and coconut oil in a small heat-proof bowl and microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
  6. Drizzle the melted mixture over the yogurt.
  7. Sprinkle the top with the granola and tap firmly on a countertop to set everything into the yogurt.
  8. Freeze the yogurt bark until completely firm, about 3 hours.
  9. Remove from the freezer and cut into pieces of your desired size.
  10. Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
