Frozen Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:
- ½ cup Bake Believe® White Melting Wafers
- 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey, or sweetener of your choice to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- ⅓ cup fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup granola
- ½ teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions:
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or sweetener of choice), and vanilla.
- Spread the yogurt mixture on the parchment-lined cookie sheet until the yogurt is evenly distributed and about ⅓-inch thick.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries and blueberries on the top of the yogurt.
- Place the white melting wafers and coconut oil in a small heat-proof bowl and microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
- Drizzle the melted mixture over the yogurt.
- Sprinkle the top with the granola and tap firmly on a countertop to set everything into the yogurt.
- Freeze the yogurt bark until completely firm, about 3 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and cut into pieces of your desired size.
- Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
