Easy Homemade Hot Chocolate Bar

Yield: 6 servings  

Ingredients:

For the hot chocolate

• 1 (9-ounce) package Bake Believe^® Milk Chocolate Flavored Baking Chips 
• 6 cups milk

For the whipped cream

• 1 ½ cups heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon honey

For the toppings

• ½ cup Bake Believe^® Milk Chocolate Flavored Baking Chips 
• ½ cup Bake Believe^® Milk Chocolate Flavored Baking Chips, melted
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• candy canes
• ¼ cup festive sprinkles

Instructions:

For the hot chocolate

1. In a large saucepan, heat milk to a gentle boil. Reduce to a simmer, then add baking chips, stir constantly until melted and combined. Continue to simmer over low heat until ready to serve.

For the whipped cream

1. Whip heavy cream and honey with an electric mixer on high speed to medium peaks. Transfer to refrigerator until ready to serve.

Assembly

1. When ready to serve, place baking chips, melted Bake Believe, marshmallows, candy canes, sprinkles and prepared whipped cream on a serving board. Place pot of prepared hot chocolate next to the board! Don’t forget the mugs and enjoy!
