Dubai Chocolate Bark

Ingredients:
- 1 (9-ounce) bag Bake Believe® Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup dried kataifi
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/3 cup salted pistachios, chopped
Instructions:
- Melt butter in a medium skillet. Add kataifi and cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until deep golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add honey. Mix to combine and set aside.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt chocolate chips using a double boiler or in a microwave on low power stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Pour chocolate onto parchment and spread in a thin layer, reserve two tablespoons of chocolate for later use.
- Sprinkle on cooked kataifi and pistachios. Drizzle reserved milk chocolate on top. Transfer to refrigerator until set, about 15 minutes.
