Strawberry Drizzled Ice Pops

Yield: 6-8 ice pops

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Bake Believe® White Melting Wafers
  • 16 ounces strawberries, hulled, and stems removed
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup half and half
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Special equipment: ice pop molds and wooden sticks  Instructions:

  1. Place strawberries, banana, half and half and honey in a high-powered blender. Puree until smooth. Pour mixture into ice pop molds and freeze until frozen, about 6 hours.
  1. Melt melting wafers using a double boiler or in the microwave on low power, stirring every 20 seconds until melted and smooth.
  1. Remove ice pops from molds and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle each with melted wafers. Cover and return to the freezer until ready to serve.
