Strawberry Drizzled Ice Pops

Ingredients:
- ½ cup Bake Believe® White Melting Wafers
- 16 ounces strawberries, hulled, and stems removed
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup half and half
- 1 tablespoon honey
Special equipment: ice pop molds and wooden sticks Instructions:
- Place strawberries, banana, half and half and honey in a high-powered blender. Puree until smooth. Pour mixture into ice pop molds and freeze until frozen, about 6 hours.
- Melt melting wafers using a double boiler or in the microwave on low power, stirring every 20 seconds until melted and smooth.
- Remove ice pops from molds and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle each with melted wafers. Cover and return to the freezer until ready to serve.
