Dipped Watermelon

Ingredients:
- 1 (9 ounce) bag Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Flavored Baking Chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 18 wedges fresh-cut watermelon
Instructions:
- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Lay watermelon out on paper towels and pat dry.
- Combine baking chips and coconut oil. Melt, using a double boiler or in the microwave on low power, stirring every 20 seconds until melted and smooth.
- Dip each watermelon wedge into chocolatey mixture, then transfer to prepared baking sheet. Transfer to refrigerator until set, about 30 minutes and enjoy!
