  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil and melt over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and combined. Dip figs into melted chocolate, transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Transfer to refrigerator until set; about 20 minutes then enjoy. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
