Dark Chocolate Dipped Figs

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 8 fresh figs, cut in half
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil and melt over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and combined. Dip figs into melted chocolate, transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
- Transfer to refrigerator until set; about 20 minutes then enjoy. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
