Instructions:

  1. Line a flat baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt baking chips using a double boiler or in the microwave on low power, stirring every 20 seconds until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour melted chocolate on top of parchment paper. Spread into a thin layer. Sprinkle on the pomegranate arils, then top with salt. Transfer to refrigerator until firm, about 1 hour.
  4. Break into pieces and enjoy. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
