Dark Chocolate-Banana Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
- 2 bananas, divided
- 2 ½ cups milk of your choice
- ¼ cup sweetener of your choice
- ½ cup chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Place one of the bananas in a medium heat-proof bowl and mash very well with a fork until few lumps remain.
- Add the dark chips and milk to the banana and microwave in 60-second intervals, whisking in between, until the chocolate has mostly melted and mixed in with the milk.
- Whisk in the sweetener, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Whisk again, then return the covered pudding to the refrigerator until the mixture has fully chilled and the chia has thickened, about 2 hours.
- Slice the remaining banana and serve the pudding with the sliced banana on top.
