Crunchy S’mores Bark

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Bake Believe® Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • ½ cup Bake Believe® White Melting Wafers
  • ¼ cup keto-friendly graham-style cereal, like Catalina Crunch
  • 3 large keto-friendly marshmallows, cut into small pieces

Instructions:

  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the chocolate and white melting wafers in separate heat-proof bowls.
  3. Microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring in between, until both are melted.
  4. Spread the melted chocolate wafers on the lined cookie sheet.
  5. Spoon the white melting wafers in dots onto the chocolate melting wafers.
  6. Drag a chopstick through the white dots to swirl the melting wafers.
  7. Sprinkle the cereal and marshmallows onto the chocolate.
  8. Tap the cookie sheet firmly onto a countertop to adhere the toppings.
  9. Transfer the bark to the refrigerator to harden, about 15 minutes.
  10. Break into pieces.
  11. Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
