Cracked Latte

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup Bake Believe® Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • ¾ cup ice
  • 1 shot (1 fluid ounce) espresso
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • ⅛ teaspoon stevia, or sweetener of your choice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place the chocolate melting wafers in a small heat-proof bowl and microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
  2. Pour the melted wafers into a 18-ounce clear plastic cup.
  3. Tilt the cup to evenly coat the sides with the melted wafers.
  4. Place the cup in the freezer to harden for 15 minutes.
  5. Add the ice to the chilled cup followed by the milk, espresso, and stevia (if using).
  6. Stir to combine.
  7. Enjoy immediately by squeezing the middle of the cup until the hardened chocolate cracks to make a delicious treat to enjoy with your latte.
