Cracked Latte

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup Bake Believe® Chocolate Melting Wafers
- ¾ cup ice
- 1 shot (1 fluid ounce) espresso
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- ⅛ teaspoon stevia, or sweetener of your choice (optional)
Instructions:
- Place the chocolate melting wafers in a small heat-proof bowl and microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted wafers into a 18-ounce clear plastic cup.
- Tilt the cup to evenly coat the sides with the melted wafers.
- Place the cup in the freezer to harden for 15 minutes.
- Add the ice to the chilled cup followed by the milk, espresso, and stevia (if using).
- Stir to combine.
- Enjoy immediately by squeezing the middle of the cup until the hardened chocolate cracks to make a delicious treat to enjoy with your latte.
