Confetti Almonds

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bake Believe® While Melting Wafers
- 1 ½ cups whole raw almonds
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
Instructions:
- Preheat oven 300F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Transfer nuts to prepared pan and bake until toasted, about 10 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly. Line a second baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt the white melting wafers over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and combined. Dip almonds into melted chocolate, transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet and add sprinkles. Repeat with remaining almonds.
- Let dipped almonds rest at room temperature until set; about 20 minutes then enjoy.
