Cinnamon Nut Butter Pretzel Bites

Ingredients:
- 1 (9 ounce) bag Bake Believe® Milk Chocolate Chips
- ¾ cup nut butter
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 60 pretzel wheels
Instructions:
- Stir together peanut butter, coconut, and cinnamon and transfer to a piping bag. If mixture seems too soft to hold shape, freeze for 15 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place 30 pretzel rounds on top.
- Melt chocolate chips using a double boiler or in the microwave on low power, stirring every 15 to 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
- Pipe about two teaspoons of peanut butter onto a pretzel, then place a second pretzel on top. Press slightly, then dip into melted chocolate. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet. Then repeat with remaining pretzels.
- Refrigerate until chocolate is set and ready to serve.
