Chocolate Sea Salt Almond Clusters

Ingredients:

  •  1 (9-ounce) bag Bake Believe ® Semi-Sweet Baking Chips
  • 2 ½ cups raw almonds
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven 350F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Transfer nuts to prepared pan and bake until toasted, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and combined. Set aside to cool slightly then pour over nuts. Using a spatula, stir and toss the mixture until chocolate has fully coated the almonds.
  3. Scoop out heaping tablespoon-sized clusters of chocolate-coated almonds on to parchment-lined baking pan. Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate until set, about 20 minutes.
