Chocolate Peach Crisp

Ingredients: For the filling:
- 2 lbs peaches, pitted and cut into 8 slices each
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
For the crisp topping
- ½ cup Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions: For the filling:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together peaches, maple syrup, cornstarch, vanilla and cinnamon. Transfer to a 9×9-inch baking dish and set aside.
For the crisp topping:
- Combine chocolate chips, oats, pecans, almond flour, maple syrup and butter in a large bowl. Mix until fully combined.
- Transfer to the top of the peach filling in an even layer. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until juices are bubbling and top is golden. If top starts to brown too quickly, cover with aluminum foil while baking.
- Let peach crisp rest for at least 30 minutes before serving and enjoy.
