Chocolate Nut Thins

Ingredients:
- ½ cup Bake Believe® Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 2 cups salted mixed nuts, chopped
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place nuts in a large bowl.
- Melt chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave on low power, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate over the nuts and stir thoroughly to fully coat.
- Pour mixture onto prepared pan and place a second sheet of parchment paper on top. Using a rolling pin roll the mixture into a flat sheet between the parchment paper.
- Using a 2-inch round cookie cutter, cut circular shapes. Collect and re-roll mixture as necessary. Transfer to refrigerator until completely set about 1 hour. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve and enjoy.
