Chocolate Espresso “Martini”

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ tablespoon Bake Believe® Milk Baking Chips
- ¾ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon espresso powder
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- 3 teaspoons confectioners swerve
- ½ cup of ice
- 4 teaspoons vodka (optional)
Instructions:
- On a microwave-safe plate, arrange the 1 tablespoon Bake Believe® Milk Baking Chips in a circle as large as the rim of the glass and melt in the microwave, checking on it every 5 secs to see that it has softened.
- Dip the rim of the glass into the melted chocolate and set aside.
- Chop the ½ tablespoon Bake Believe® Milk Baking Chips finely and set aside to use as garnish.
- To a mason jar, add all the ingredients except the ice.
- Use a milk frother or small whisk to very gently mix the ingredients together until fully blended. Do not over mix.
- Add the ice to the jar and tightly seal.
- Shake vigorously for only a few moments and pour into the glass through a sieve.
- Garnish with the finely chopped Bake Believe® Milk Baking Chips and serve immediately.
