Chocolate Espresso “Martini”

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ tablespoon Bake Believe® Milk Baking Chips
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • ½  teaspoon espresso powder
  • ¼  teaspoon vanilla
  • 3  teaspoons confectioners swerve
  • ½ cup of ice
  • 4 teaspoons vodka (optional)

Instructions:

  1. On a microwave-safe plate, arrange the 1 tablespoon Bake Believe® Milk Baking Chips in a circle as large as the rim of the glass and melt in the microwave, checking on it every 5 secs to see that it has softened.
  2. Dip the rim of the glass into the melted chocolate and set aside.
  3. Chop the ½ tablespoon Bake Believe® Milk Baking Chips finely and set aside to use as garnish.
  4. To a mason jar, add all the ingredients except the ice.
  5. Use a milk frother or small whisk to very gently mix the ingredients together until fully blended. Do not over mix.
  6. Add the ice to the jar and tightly seal.
  7. Shake vigorously for only a few moments and pour into the glass through a sieve.
  8. Garnish with the finely chopped Bake Believe® Milk Baking Chips and serve immediately.
  9. Enjoy!
