Chocolate Drizzle French Toast Sticks 

Yield: 24 French Toast Sticks

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Bake Believe ® Semi-Sweet Baking Chips
  • 6 pieces of thick bread, cut into 4 sticks each
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle. Whisk together eggs, milk, honey and cinnamon. Transfer mixture to a shallow bowl.
  2. Dip 4 pieces of cut bread into the egg mixture, then immediately transfer to preheated pan. Cook until golden on each side. Repeated with remaining bread. Transfer French toast sticks to a serving platter.
  3. Melt Bake Believe ® Semi-Sweet Baking Chips over a double boiler or in a microwave on low power, stirring every 15 to 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Drizzle over French toast sticks and serve immediately.
