Chocolate Dipped Frozen Yogurt Pops

Ingredients:
- 1 (9-ounce) package Bake Believe® Chocolate Flavored Melting Wafers
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 ripe banana
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Special equipment: ice pop molds and wooden sticks Instructions:
- Place yogurt, raspberries, banana, almond milk, honey and vanilla in a high-powered blender. Puree until smooth. Pour mixture into ice pop molds and freeze until frozen, about 6 hours.
- Melt melting wafers using a double boiler or in the microwave on low power, stirring every 20 seconds until melted and smooth. Transfer melted chocolate to two coffee mugs.
- Remove ice pops from molds and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Dip 3 frozen pops into each mug filled with chocolate and return to parchment-lined baking sheet, reheating chocolate as necessary. Return to the freezer until ready to serve.
