Chocolate Covered Pickles

Ingredients:
- 2 (9-ounce) bags Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 8 whole pickles
- 1 teaspoon flake salt
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Thoroughly dry each pickle.
- Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt, using a double boiler or in the microwave on low power, stirring every 20 seconds until melted and smooth. Transfer to a tall, narrow dipping vessel, such as a jar or drinking glass.
- Dip each pickle into chocolate, transfer to prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining pickles. Sprinkle with salt and transfer to refrigerator until ready to serve.
