Chocolate Coconut Creams

Ingredients:
- 1 (9-ounce) bag Bake Believe® Milk Chocolate Flavored Chips
- 1 (13.5 ounce) can of unsweetened coconut cream
- 5 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- ½ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; transfer coconut on top. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until toasted. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Combine coconut cream, honey, and vanilla. Add toasted coconut at mix to combine. Melt chocolate chips using a double boiler or in the microwave on low power, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Pour melted chocolate into coconut mixture, stir until fully combined.
- Mold the mixture into 16 squares. Transfer to refrigerator until set, about 2 hours. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
